I booked this hotel through the hotel website and got a $70 per night internet rate, which is great value for the quality. The hotel is located 15 minutes from downtown, but is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping (actually is right next to Cracker Barrel). We did not take part in the evening reception, but it appeared from walking through the lobby that the other guest enjoyed it. The free hot breakfast is a nice advantage, and it was kept well stocked. This hotel accepts pets, which did not bother me, but there was noticeable dog hair on the rugs.

We stayed at the Drury Inn on Sept. 29, 2007 while in town for a wedding. Very nice hotel. Very clean, great breakfast, and the beds were actually very comfy. My dad even took the tag off the matteress to see if he could order one for his bed. The only thing that irritated me was when we checked in for the block of rooms the bride and groom had reserved for us, the desk clerk "forgot" to give us one of the gift bags that the bride and groom had left for the out of town guests. By the time I found out and asked for mine, they were all gone. Overall a very nice hotel.

I have stayed at this Drury twice. I have not had a problem either time, and have had a clean room with very nice amenities. The cocktail reception and breakfast are great. I just wish that it had an indoor pool like many of the Drurys have. I don't even need to call around in Indy, this is the only place I will stay.

This is in the family of Hampton Inn but at Super8 prices. This was our first stay at a Drury Inn (we usually stay at Super8 or other similar hotels). We initially stayed because the price with two dogs was the same as Super8 (which had a per pet per night fee) compared to pets staying FREE at Drury, but Drury has a full hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, Fr. toast, waffles, juice, coffee and cereal, too). And, there's the FREE evening snacks and sodas, FREE long distance calling, and other "extras that aren't extras." Then we found the room to be exceptional! The king bed is pillow-top (not too soft, not too hard -- just right and comfy). The fridge and microwave are hidden in the TV wall cabinet. The shower rod is bowed out and the shower liner magnetically attaches to the tub to prevent the liner from grabbing people. The next best thing is the friendly staff -- with friendly greetings and willing helpfulness. It was a VERY enjoyable stay. The hotel is located directly between two restaurants and we worried about the noise from the deliveries and garbage pickup or the major six-lane road in front but were pleasantly surprised that we heard neither due to the building's soundproofness. We will definitely stay here again and will look for other Drury Hotels when we travel.
