I booked this hotel based upon the reviews already posted here and I was not disappointed.
I went to Saskatoon for a concert and wanted someplace to stay that was near the stadium, but would be relatively quiet (not full of drunk and rowdy people from the concert).
Good points:
- staff were friendly
- very clean room and bathroom
- wish I had brought my swimsuit for the pool!
- coffee and tea available whenever you wanted
- easy to find in Saskatoon
- loved all the freebies in the bathroom (shoe wipes, I had never seen that before)
- free breakfast (yeah, it was only a continental breakfast, but I'm happy with coffee and bagels)
- 5 minute drive from Credit Union Centre
Things that could be worked on:
- the walls were paper thin! I could hear every conversation going on like they were my room. It's a good thing I'm a heavy sleeper.
- no restaurant in the building. BUT, there is a Tony Roma's restaurant in the parking lot, and its a busy spot with the locals (we had to wait 20 min for a seat on a Thursday night).
I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Saskatoon. It would be really good if you're staying in the city for a few days or with a family.

My mom and i stayed one night on a mother/daughter outing. We were very pleased with how clean everything was. The noise levels were good considering it was the end of the February break and there were tons of families with kids staying in the hotel. The water stayed hot for our showers, the room was clean and we were glad to see that the hotel used the new low-energy light bulbs as well as having a recycle bin in the room. The continental breakfast had excellent selections, including options for those of us trying to make healthy selections - the juice was 100%, not just some sugary concoctions. It was nice to see some healthy varieties of cereal as well and they kept the food replenished quickly, even though the room was full of families, etc. eating breakfast at the last minutes of the allotted breakfast time. Will definitley stay here again and will most likely book in at Days Inns this summer when traveling.

I stayed for 4 days at the Days Inn, the first night when I was in the dead of my sleep I got cold and snuggled into the comforter and upon breathing found it had been urinated on in several spots, as it was in the middle of the night I didn't callt he ft desk but asked for it to be changed the next day and they changed it. I also had to ask for the shower curtain to be changed as it stunk, this isn't the first time I have had to ask for shower curtain change so I don't think it must be policy to change curtain after every stay. I have stayed at the Days Inn several times and it is a nice hotel with a great continetal breakfest and this hotel is reasonably priced. This visit I found the front desk staff not to be too helpful. I feel this hotel needs to work on their cleaning staff to be better at cleaning there rooms as the service for this seems to have gone down downhill in the last year. I have been staying at this hotel when on businiess in Saskatoon for the last 5 years and I hope they get better as if not I will have to start staying elsewhere.

Days Inn Saskatoon is a winner. Clean common areas, polite and efficient staff and well-groomed rooms are some of the things that you can expect from your stay. There was no noise from room to room, only slight sound from the hallways and virtually no street noise even though it's situated on two major roads.
The continental breakfast was nicely spaced out, which provided ample room for guests to amble through at a leisurely pace. I noticed the juice machine was situated a little too high for children to use, but I think that just ensures parental supervision.
There is no question that this location lives up to the quality of service that I've come to expect from a Days Inn. I think the franchise is beginning to outshine a lot of the other mid-range budget hotels. If I'm ever in Saskatoon again, I'll be sure to stay here. The only complaint I have is the poor signage for entry/exit on the property.
