Stayed for 3 nights in April 2008 in a king jacuzzi suite. Room was fine, other than rust stains on the tile surrounding the jacuzzi, and holes in the box spring of the bed.
There was a sign posted on the elevator door that said "No food or drinks upstairs. Thanks, Management." Not sure what that was about, since there was a fridge and microwave in my room.
The wireless internet NEVER worked the entire 3 days I was there. I managed to connect to the Super 8 motel across the parking lot, but not the Days Inn that I was staying in!!
The TV barely received any channels, and most were very fuzzy.
I was awakened at 830 Saturday morning to someone pulling glued pictures off the walls outside my room and then using a flat paint scraper to dig the remaining glue off the wall. It sounded like someone was trying to scrape their way THROUGH the walls! This was despite myself and the guest across the hall from me having "Do Not Disturb" signs on our doorknobs! Very annoying; and I'm sure there could have been a better time to perform such a loud activity than 830 Saturday morning!
Also, despite never having internet access, nor being "allowed" to bring food or drink to the room I was paying for, I was also charged $10 extra to check out of my room 25 minutes past the checkout time of 11 a.m.! I have stayed in numerous hotels, and have NEVER been charged for a late checkout before. I was informed it was $10 per HOUR for a late checkout! And even though I was only 25 minutes late, I was still charged the entire $10.
Overall, I was VERY displeased with my stay here, and will NEVER stay again. My friends that visited me while I was in town also said the same things about this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights in a 3rd floor Jacuzzi room at Days Inn on Razorback Road in Northern CSprings for $100/night. Motel is located close to AF Academy and I-25. Everything in the room worked and the room was clean, spacious, private and offered a good view of Pikes Peak. Motel staff was courteous and professional. Staff served robust continental breakfast from 0630 to 0930 daily. Good value in my opinion and would use again.

Stayed for eight nights in August. We had the king, jacuzzi suite. Lots of space. Clean room. Did not use the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but the breakfast area was well kept and neat. Had a little trouble with wireless internet, but hotel had a new service provider who fixed the problem during our stay. Pleasant staff. Only drawback - had a person on floor above us who walked very heavily and we could hear them. Did call the front desk once because it seemed excessive. Quieted down after that. Great location. Walking distance to shops and lots of restaurants. Close to all tourist attractions. Would stay there again.

BE AWARE!!
The management of Days Inn Colorado Springs on Rasorback Road does not always honor online reservations prices. Be Alert and pay attention to your room bill. This hotel is a franchise. Days Inn, nor its mother company, Cendant Inc., will become involved in any dispute.
My Advise – Stay away from this hotel.
