This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have been traveling for work for 15 years. 1) Room was dirty, unvaccuumed, hair on pillows, fecal matter stuck in toilet. 2) No fitted sheet, just a flat over the mattress, would not give me a new pillow or extra sheet. 3) Got bites all over my body, went to my Dr. and he said I had mite bites! Horriblely itchy and kept me up all night. 4) Manager did not return my 3 phone calls, corporate office would not do anything because it is owned by manager. 5) Loud guys out drinking by the pool, after it closed, kept me up late. 6) Dingy location far from everything, front desk very rude. I did everything I could to get better service, I was sweet and still I got treated like crap. They still have not returned my call. Do not stay in this hotel.

Stayed three nights in January. Paid about $70 for king room, which was about the lowest we could find in the area for a decent motel in season. Location is on far south end of town, but Tucson traffic is not bad, so getting anywhere didn't take long. Room was clean, nothing particularly noteworthy either for or against. Outdoor pool not heated, jacuzzi not heated without giving advance notice. Continental breakfast a little skimpy, but typical. Waffle House very close was good value. All in all, what you would expect for the price.

Clean room that included a small fridge' and a microwave. Small outdoor poor and jacuzzi. Convenient location just 1/4 mile North of I-10 freeway exit. Short dirve to Tucson Electric Park or the local airport. Internet access in the lobby. Many decent restaurants and a Waffle House nearby. Under $45/night and I had no problems here.
