Typical chain hotel. Clean rooms, light buffet-style breakfast provided in the hotel lobby (very limited seating). Friendly and helpful staff.

Booked online and was charged for the rate I was quoted. Got the room I reserved. It was clean and affordable. The staff was also friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
Unbelievably Bad Customer Service
Guest name: Anonymous
First, they double booked me. Then they promised to grant me a free night during my actual stay. That did not happen. Plus, I never got the prices that were quoted to me over the phone. The customer service was terrible and I noticed that I was treated poorly partly because I was female. Not a good thing in the hotel industry! So, how did they get away with overcharging me? They said that I should have checked the prices upon my arrival to their hotel instead of waiting until I had checked out. No amount of discussion could persuade them at the time of my checkout and I had a plane to catch. I have initiated an inquiry into the hotel by Days Inn corporation, but I would recommend NOT staying there. Note: another interesting tidbit was that their housekeeper was a kind old lady over 65 and she was not happy about how they treated her.
