Hotel Teco does not deserve the 3 star accommodation rating it supposedly has. Our room overlooked a main very busy street and as the windows were not double glazed, we could hear traffic all night. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The manager said it had been sent away for cleaning and didn't give us another one. We were there for 3 nights and thought this was very poor. The airconditioner flooded the carpet. This hotel was depressing, noisy and the staff generally unhelpful and disinterested. Free parking out in front and a strip club diagonally opposite.

We booked this hotel because the price was good (100 euro doesn't get you much in Milan), as was the location. Rated 3 stars- definitely overated. Breakfast was decent (for Italy). Pierro at the front desk is a jerk. We wanted to leave a day early and informed the front desk at a about 8:30 am the morning we wanted to leave, and were rudely told that we would have to pay an extra night, so we ended up staying. Hotel bath/shower curtains were pretty nasty, as was the carpet, also quite noisy. In retrospect would have paid the 30 -40 euros more to stay at a better hotel.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Nacht verbracht und es war sehr schrecklich!!! Bereits beim Einchecken war das Personal sehr abweisend und unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war klein, die Möbel alt und alles war schlecht gepflegt. Das Zimmer ging zum Corso Buenes Aires, einer der Hauptverkehrsachsen von Mailand, und das Zimmer hatte nur eine alte Einfachverglasung. Wir haben nachts kaum geschlafen und hatten das Gefühl auf der Straße zu liegen! Das Frühstück wäre ok gewesen, der Frühstücksraum war jedoch völlig überfüllt und nach dem ersten Croissant wurden uns schnell die Teller weggenommen. Am Büffet waren auch keine neuen mehr. Bei Beschwerden hatte das Personal plötzlich keine englischen Sprachkenntnisse mehr. Alles in allem eine Frechheit! Mein Rat: woanders schlafen, denn schlechter geht es nicht!

I booked a single room which according to the internet sites has either has a shower or bath. in fact with the single rooms you have to walk across the corridor to reach the showers!! ! After complaining to the staff that i had booked a room with shower/ bath, i was showed a doubled with a shower and told this would cost no more. then after being in the room for approx. 1 minute i recieved a phone call telling me iI would have to pay more money. after complaining to the management I was threatened with being throwen out of the hotel!! The Teco hotel in milan is rated as a three star, highly overated in my opinion. The balconies are flooded with water and there are loose electrical cables running across these balconies. The "air conditioning" turned out to be a fan, while the "cable and satellite television" only had one language - italien. i couldn`t even find the radio which was also mentioned on the web. The breakfast was ok.
