The staff is RUDE Unbelievably rude Well The late night staff is. The person on duty when we checked in was very helpful. He helped us in a very nice way. Now THE LATE Night Staff RUDE RUDE RUDE. My husband called for a towel and the clerk told him that we couldn't have a towel no one was there to bring it to him and that the laundry was locked for the night. And he didn't have time to go get one for him. My husband bit the bullet and called back down and asked for a wake up call. The clerk said fine and hung up. We asked for a 7 am wake up call we recieved a 4:30 wake up call. We came down for breakfast and he was still there. And still had an attitude. We wanted to check out but he just sat there on the couch. sleeping. We have stayed here before and the other young man working late night was very friendly. I wish he was still there. Or was there that night. He helped me to my room while my husband unloaded the car. I will never stay at DAYS INN again. I would rather Stay at a more expensive hotel than have to go through that man again.

I'm a business traveller and stay in hotels nearly 75% of the year. I can say hands down that this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My entire team felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel. Unfortunately, we could not book another hotel because most were full the week we stayed. The hotel needs a major remodel. The paint inside and out is cracked, stained and peeling. The stairs are rusted and have metal jutting out of the steps. The bathrooms are grimy, the carpet worn and the beds have that curve in the middle from years of use. The pillow cases were unclean and I was literally afraid to sleep under the covers. I didn't even bother with the "hot" breakfast. One of the rooms my team was in had an issue with the door to the room not shutting. They called the desk and the response was "Don't lock yourself out, it may stick shut." Wow. They finally sent someone up about an hour after the call and it took nearly two hours to fix.
