.This hotel is in a good location, it's right on the main drag in Fayetteville. The room price, I think is a bit too much...usually about $100-$115 anytime I've tried to stay (usually Football season), but I think it's cheaper in the off season. A competitor down the road is about half of that, and the rooms really aren't that much different in size. These are a bit nicer rooms, have a table & chairs, also has a mini fridge. Word of advice, they charge you for a news paper (newspaper fee + convenience fee) to your door every morning, if you don't want it you have to let them know! Overall pretty good place to stay.

The lobby is nice and the rooms have new furniture and carpeting. Shortly after checking into the room my husband noticed a large bug run under the bed. Looking under the bed for the bug I noticed it was dirty. The motel has outside entrances to the rooms and the door did not meet the door sill at the bottom; therefore, allowing easy access for bugs, etc. The room had a humid or damp type of feeling. The bathroom was very tiny; barely enough room for the toilet and tub. It was very difficult to enter the bathroom and then shut the door. The towels were on the thin, small side. In the bathroom area there was a foul smell that reminded me of urine which had soaked into wood over the years. The carpet was plush feeling but it was starting to lift up in front of the bathroom. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was adequate. We decided to stay elsewhere after our first night.

My husband and I stayed here for a series of college baseball games. The desk clerk was remotely friendly. He did not know much about resturauts in the area. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Bed linens were fresh and modern. Service was good and prompt when requested more towels. I would stay here again.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Days Inn in Fayetteville, AR. The outside appearance of the hotel is deceptive, as there are 4 or 5 separate buildings all with outside entrances to the rooms, like a motel instead of a hotel, and so I assumed the rooms were probably of that motel quality. However, when I walked into the really nice lobby, I started to reconsider my inital perception. The service was really exceptional (maybe there's something to be said of southern hospitality). The staff was really polite & helpful.
I was curious about the rooms themselves, and I asked to look at a room first before actually getting one, which they let me do. I was pleasantly surprised, though, when I walked into the room. The room wasn't already warmed up, unfortunately, but it didn't take too long for the heater to work. I have bad allergies, and so I am very picky about the cleanliness of my hotel rooms. My room was fairly clean, most importantly, the bathroom was clean. The ceiling wasn't cracking and there wasn't mold in the corners around the shower. The shower rod was the curved kind and the shower curtain didn't have that black and red slime on it. Same thing with the toilet, even under the rim. Unfortuantely, the sink was situated outside the bathroom, separate from the toilet & bathtub.
The decor of the room was maybe a little 1990's-ish & not my style (dark colors, flowery, & striped curtains sort of thing) but the furniture was nice, well kept, & had a stylish good quality cherry finish. The bedding was clean & warm, the curtains didn't have that old worn out look, and the carpet was clean even under the bed. The TV looked new, and was of decent quality & size, but wasn't a flat panel TV like at a some other hotel chains. They do have cable including HBO, so I had something to entertain me in my room.
They have a moderate outdoor pool (sucks that it's not indoors) and looked kept up pretty well for being closed for the winter, and the landscape I guess was barren for the same reason. The FREE high-speed WIRELESS internet access in my room was one of the most important things to me. It also had the standard other extras with the room like the coffee maker, microwave-mini fridge combo, etc. The free breakfast was the standard hotel kind with danishes, doughnuts, & coffee; so if you want more of an eggs, pancakes, & french toast kind of thing, you'll have to go to one of the restaurants. I didn't go to any of them so I'm not sure how they are.
Overall, I was pleased with my stay, and would stay here again. I got more than I bargained for given the price (like $60-70ish). If I could fix anything, it'd be the decor & the outdoor entrances; but the service & quality was pretty darn good.

A decent place to stay; close to mall, U of A Campus, and lots of stores and restaurants; Request a room as far away from the street and car wash as possible - it is located near a very busy and very loud intersection. I had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep. Room was clean; very good shower; furniture was a bit worn; refrigerator and microwave was nice to have; lots of channels to choose from on tv; bed was comfy; staff was very friendly. We had a problem with the AC one night, but the manager was very prompt in getting the problem taken care of. A complimentary breakfast is avaialbe - although it is rather limited, it is handy. Would stay here again.
