We just returned from the Goodguys event at the fairgrounds we stayed at this hole 3 nights. This is the hotel beside the fairgrounds....after the first night I got up with bites all over my arms and legs. I checked the pillows and found bed bugs I wanted to vomit right then and there,,,,I went to the front desk with my bugs still on my pillow case and was told that they were very sorry they had sprayed that room( am we spent the night in aroom that had just been sprayed earlier????) just that week for the infestation of bed bugs but would get me another room I told them that I would not be paying for that first night and was told the owner would have to contact me concerning this. I was given the name and phone number of this man (Supera)who never answered my phone calls to him . My husband also tryed to call this man he would not answer. This new room had ants in it crawling all over the tables and even on the phone....So this A.M. I checked out and I told the man at the desk that I would not be paying for the first night. he said that he could charge my credit card anyway....but would and could give me a 10% discount for the first night.... I told him that this would be unauthroized charges and he finally called the owner (Supera) and surpraisingly he got an answer .... I had only called this man a few seconds earlier.... Odd he answered the clerks number but not mine???? This is not the end of this I will be phoning the health department in columbus tomorrow and reporting this hotel and also the Corp. offices of days inn.... I will not be treated like this and I will not be charged for a bug infested room... My arms and legs are a mess and I will be seeing my Dr. tomorrow for a formal report as to the condition of the bites. ( this will cost me more money) I plan to take this to court........ (Supera) you just messed with the wrong person You have a filithy dirty scum hotel and you do not deserve to be in this county if you can not clean this place(hotel) up or even speak english.>>>>>>>>>>>So don't stay at this bed bug ridden hole.......

We payed $80 to stay in a room that had a filthy scum ring around the bathtub, someone else's dirty socks on the floor, a dead bug in the sheets, a thick layer of dust on the carpet wherever the vacuum didn't fit and an attachment should have been used. the deadbolt would not latch until we finally figured out we had to lift up on the door really hard to get the lock into place. We were told that our room was on the second floor in the back and to park in the back. We parked in the back and ended up walking all the way to the front building where our room actually was. There was supposed to be HBO but we were not told that it was out of order until we called to complain. The only thing they had to say about all of this was "vedy sorry, vedy sorry". This place was Gross! I didn't want to touch anything. I just wanted to get out of there! Also, it was dark and creepy around the hotel with a general unsafe feeling.

This was the most horrific, dirty place ever, The bed was broke, the toilet seat was broke, the floor was nasty dirty never looked vacuumed. And despite checking the mattresses I found 4 bed bugs on pillows and mattress. When I went to front desk the man was rude and offered me another room without bugs!!! At this point it is 2:30 am...We left that nasty place and went to another very nice clean hotel next door.....without BUGS.... This hotel needs to be condemed and burned to the ground....

My boyfriend and I booked a hotel through hotwire and got this hotel. It cost over a hundred dollars so I at least expected an average place. All other hotels were booked for the UFC fight and thats what we drove from Missouri to come and watch. Reasons why the experience was terrible: 1. Brown stain with dirt and hair on sheets. Had to request more sheets. 2. Floor not vacuumed. Cups under the bed. Had to put towels down to walk without shoes. 3. Countertops were filthy I had to wipe them off myself before I set my things there. It looked as if they hadn't been wiped off in a year! 4. Told the front desk clerk that I had paid through hotwire and was charged again. 5. No iron or ironing board in the room. I asked for one but they never brought it. 6. Had to walk to the front desk for anything because there was a phone but no place to plug it in. 7. Room smelled like a bar. If there were anywhere else that wasn't sold out and I hadn't already paid through hotwire I would have left immediately! Do not book this hotel!

We stayed at this Day's Inn for one night while we were in Columbus for a concert downtown. It's a good location for anything downtown and was pretty cheap. It was about a five min drive to our venue. I am glad that we were only in the room for about six hours. If you plan on spending any time at all in your room - do NOT stay here. It was very dirty - looked like the carpet hadn't been vacumed, the mirror above the sink was filthy, obviously had not been washed. I didn't want to take my shoes off and did not shower before we left. the sheets and bed were okay, but not the most confortable bed. this was not the worst hotel i've been too, but i will not be staying there again.
