Location was OK and it was a relatively clean facility though could have used some minor repair/maintenance work. After a late night arrival and early morning event we went back to the hotel around noon for a nap. Housekeeping had come and opened all the curtains & removed used towels but bed not made up or anything else done. We closed curtains so 1 could nap & other was reading & had TV on. Housekeeping opened the door and walked in unannounced without knocking or anything. We eventually got our fresh towels. When checking out the following morning were surprised by additional pet charges that were not noted on website when room was booked or when we checked in. Overall an adequate hotel room but nothing special and extremely lackluster in the staffing & customer service areas.

The hotel was dirty and unkept. The carpeting in our room was dirty and the bathroom's ceilings were moldy and sagging. The paint was peeling and the floors were rather dirty in there. The beds were rock-hard and extremely uncomfortable. However, this hotel was adequate for us as we only stayed to sleep during a trip to Ohio. The main reason we chose this hotel was because it was pet-friendly and affordable, which is what we needed.

We arrived at the hotel about 9:00pm. Since we were only staying one night and leaving early the next morning this hotel was fine. I chose this hotel due to the Five Sunburst rating, but if this is the highest quality assurance rating by Days Inn, they need to review again! The noise by others outside of our room was so loud at one point, we thought we would have to call the front desk. I do not believe this hotel is family friendly. The staff were courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was fine. Cereal, bagels, pastries, juice and coffee. It is not a hotel I would stay at again.
