Wonderful atmosphere. Lots of European charm in the public rooms but not the guest rooms. Nice little bar to sit and have a bier which looks over a very quaint courtyard and the canal. Great location. Easy walk to all the major sites. Very friendly staff. Guy very helpful with dinner reservations and history of the hotel. Rooms clean and well appointed but without the charm of the public rooms. Only meaningful negative was the hardness of the beds/mattresses. Good breakfast buffet and off street parking. Recommend eating at the Belle Epoch while you are in Bruges.

Worn out hotel. The interior is dreadful to look at . The superior room has no airco and the furniture is depressing. The lobby, the reception and the stairs are not inviting to receive any guests. The bathtowels were so thin as if wiping yourself with a kleenex. I wonder where they got their 4 star recommendation.

I just stayed at the Hotel Azalea in Brugge and I was very pleased with the hotel. The hotel was on a nice quiet street that was still close to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room was quite hot and they switched our rooms very quickly with no fuss. The staff was also very helpful when asked about places to eat or hang out after dinner. The breakfast was very good also. The room was actually one of the biggest we stayed in during our European trip. A very nice hotel that I would recommend or return to myself.

great hotel pleasant staff room small but adequate,breakfast good ,decor tired ,close to centre need to take notice of map to hotel miss the last turn and you have to go round the oneway again best of luck!
