I needed a place to stay for the first week of attending school in Nashville. I stopped in at this hotel which during the day it looks okay and somewhat safe. I was showed a very nice room from the owner of the hotel and decided to book the room for a week until my place came available. When showing up with my luggage and handing my cash over-I was given a room that was not like the room shown and promised. The room I stayed in was nasty and dirty. I found ants that crawled across the sink and throughout the bathroom, bugs that surrounded the baseboards, the bedspreads and sheets smelled of mold, the curtains that are suppose to give one privacy had moth holes or burns all over. I could not sleep with the beds being so lumpy and the loud noises that came from across the road from the adult store. I had a friend one day come to check up on me and was called by the owner saying I had to get permission from them if I had any visitors. When asking to switch to the room promised after the first night-I was told I had the best room. I sat and watched the updated room being shown to several and then they were given a different room as well. I learned my lesson at this hotel and wasted alot of money -which they will not give a refund if checking out 4 days in advance. After staying here I would not wish this hotel on anyone-unless you're looking for a room paid for by the hour as seen on TV. The people here are rude and the housekeeping staff needs to be fired.

I really don't know where to start. This place was the worst motel I've ever stayed in... I suppose I'll start with the room... luggage rack was literally hanging off of the wall, holes in the wall, lamp fell from the wall when I tried to turn it on, it was a non-smoking room that reaked of smoke, small roach was seen in bathroom, hair and mold in shower, hair on "clean" towel... there was even a used piece of tissue in the trash can! Not to mention the many stains on the carpet, walls, and comforter.
Now, I'll mention safety. The room next door had a loud party going on.. the door was open, people were all outside in the parking lot and walkways, loud music coming from room and "booming" from cars, as we left for dinner, the four of us (all guys) were yelled at by the prostitutes from the second floor across the parking lot.... I literally couldn't believe it could get worse, and this is no exaggeration. I wasn't paying or I would have demanded a refund, however, the person paying said that you have to sign a "no refund" policy at check in... that is your first clue!!!! stay away from this motel at all costs!!!! I wrote Days Inn corporate about this, and received no feedback whatsoever. -Mike
