We wanted to stay on the beach with our 3 young children and found this hotel to have the best reviews in our price range. The hotel is across the street from the beach so it's a short walk and cut through the Holiday Inn parking lot or you can drive across the street and down a little and park in a free lot. The hotel has nice furnishings. We stayed in a king with a sofa bed. The king bed was very comfy. The room was a little small so I was disappointed. Not much work space for making lunches, etc which is why we wanted a room with a refrigerator and microwave in the first place. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from and very well stocked. Wish there were more hooks and/or towel bars in the bathroom--this is a beach hotel after all. There were showers to rinse off at out by the pool. The elevator was slow and always very busy. The one set of dryers were not working the whole week we were there. And our AC went out a few times and we had to push the reset button on the outlet. It was hard to regulate the temp though, always either too hot or too cold. But despite all of that, we enjoyed our stay, we were treated well and it was quiet and clean.

This is a new hotel. It is super nice and right across the street from the beautiful gulf of mexico ! I loved every minute of it. Great beds ,nice staff . Great breakfast .What more could you want ?

We took our friend down to the Texas coast to show her Corpus Christi, Mustang Island and Port Aransas. The hotel was in a great location to go to all three and the view was FANTASTIC. Angelic at the front desk was a wonderful employee who greeted us, and was there the next morning when we checked out. She was very helpful confirming our room did have a view of the gulf and discount coupons for attractions in the area. The breakfast bar was nice, just a little crowded, but the staff tried their best to keep it stocked. Only one elevator so take your patience when you check out because you may need to wait for the elevator at peak times.

Everything was great, the room, the service, everything. We will be returning!!
