Great hot breakfast, nice rooms and great location! Complimentary shuttle service was a plus, great way to get to the mall. House keeping left something to be desired. All in all, it was a nice hotel for the price.

Quiet on our floor even with a high school basketball team there. Room was nice. They are doing some renovations and the carpets need replacing in areas. Limited tv stations. It is a full no smoking hotel.
Shower/tub was extremely slippery. When I asked for a rubber mat I was told they didn't have any and to use a towel. I found that unacceptable.
Breakfast was nice. Some hot foods, including waffles.
Great location, very close to Perimeter Mall and restaurants, easy to get into the city to the attractions such as zoo, aquarium, history museum. Marta station at Perimeter Mall.

The staff was very helpful, looking up my Choice Privilege membership online in order for me to receive points for my stay, since I had left my card at home.
Upon entering the room I was greeted by calming music coming from a Sony Dream Machine CD/radio. Fanned out hand towels and tissues along with other "shaped" towels on the bed showed a willingness to go a little extra.
The carpeting in my fifth floor room seemed new, certainly not dirty. The pillow-top mattress looked to be new as well. All furnishings were updated--bronzed sconces for bath lighting, neutral tones of beige/tan/brown/gold throughout with contemporary black & white photos of flowers in nice frames. Dark cherry-type wood furnishings, textured-tile bathroom flooring, textured walls, nice draperies--it all came together to give the room a nice feel.
Though I did not use it, I noticed the washer/dryer room was bright with a big glass window and shiny-type tile, very well-kept.
Also, in the lobby I noticed two back-massager chairs that could be rented by the minute.
As with the other reviews, the breakfast was great. For extended stay, there is a Rite-Aid pharmacy and Publix grocery store right down the hill, within walking distance, in a mall area with other eateries, etc.
I had stayed at a much pricier hotel about a mile away prior to staying at Comfort Suites, (didn't realize it was here until I spotted it once I got to the area), and I was not as pleased with the pricier place as I was staying here. I would definitely return.

Comfort Hotels has a rate guarantee so if you make a reservation on their website then find it cheaper on another site, they will give you that rate plus 10%. Well, I found a cheaper rate on Hotels.com, submitted the guarantee request and they rejected it saying it was a different type of room. Persistence pays: I called and inquired why they rejected my claim; they couldn't give a reason and changed the rate. So if that happens to you, make sure you call them directly. Now to the review of the hotel. I stay in Comfort Suites quite frequently because I usually can count on nice rooms. Well, this hotel wasn't bad, but it definitely left something to be desired. For some reason, they decided to steam clean the carpet ON A WEEKEND! As soon as I stepped off the elevator, the hallway was musty. Entering the room was no better plus I realized that the carpet in there was wet and had the same smell. Turning on the AC helped, but still wasn't pleased. Brought it to the attention of the front desk person and she basically blew me off. I did not let it hamper my stay, but will definitely think twice about staying here again. Other front desk people I encountered were nice and the lobby was nice, but overall the hotel was a disappointment for a Comfort Suites.

Hotel was nice upon entry. They should, however, have put more of the remodeling $$$ into room carpet. We did get a 2 room suite. It was top floor and an even numbered room. This became VERY noisy at about 4:30 AM as it looked onto the Store Parking and trash bins. We heard a Beep-Beep-Beep as the trucks came and went! They then told us we had to move as they assigned us a room that had been taken starting the next day. That was OK with us! So, we got an odd numbered room. It was more than OK, but the carpets are stained and dirty. My wife noticed this as she had white socks on and they became black on the bottom.
Breakfast and staff were great! I just wish that they would clean the carpet!
P.S. TIP...for best rates I would call this and all other hotels directly...no 800 number...for price for two reasons...
1. Hotel desk...during weekday, can save you many $$$ especially with a 1 week or longer stay.
2. IF there is a problem and you want to checkout early and move...many hotel "deal sites" make it so that the Hotel can not refund any $$$.
We had one mail us a coupon for two free nights if we ever came back to Atlanta and we did use it when we cut our stay here short. Not sure why I packed the coupon...but glad I did.
