Bonita habitación con centro de fitness gratis. El desayuno no valía la pena por lo que costaba (12 euros más impuestos), pedid platos calientes durante el desayuno, el camarero no informa, pero están incluidos. No está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Refrescos gratis en la sala.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos una noche allí cuando visitamos La Rioja y nos lo pasamos maravillosamente bien. El hotel es realmente moderno y tiene unas instalaciones modernas. Era muy fácil de encontrar, ya que había señales en la carretera que indicaban el camino al hotel desde la ciudad (nos equivocamos en un giro yendo a Logroño y pensábamos que estábamos totalmente perdidos). También estaba muy bien situado para salir de Logroño para visitar Haro (evitando el tráfico local). Como se ha mencionado en otras críticas, el hotel está a unos quince minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, la única pega del hotel. Cuando fui, el minibar de la habitación era gratis. De acuerdo, nada es realmente gratis, pero no cobraban nada más por las bebidas de la neverita, y es muy práctico no tener que preocuparse de llevar tus propias bebidas (o que te cobren de más por usar la neverita). Había acceso a Internet por wi-fi en las habitaciones, pero había que pagarlo. Era nuestro segundo día de vacaciones, así que todavía no sentíamos la necesidad de conectarnos, como para pagarlo. La habitación en la que nos alojamos daba a la calle y por la tarde era bastante ruidosa, pero no había ningún problema por la noche ni por la mañana. Recordad pedir una habitación que no dé a la calle si es un problema para vosotros. De nuevo, las instalaciones eran muy modernas. En críticas anteriores se mencionaba la falta de aparcamiento. Cuando yo fui, había mucho aparcamiento gratuito en la calle, por no mencionar el aparcamiento gratis al aire libre que hay al lado del hotel. También había aparcamiento interior, pero costaba dinero. El personal tenía muy buen nivel de inglés y pude llamar con antelación para confirmar nuestra reserva sin ningún problema. El personal de recepción también nos ayudó a hacer reservas para una bodega de Haro (para la que hacía falta hablar español con fluidez). Probaron en varias bodegas que estaban completas, hasta que encontraron Muga, que tenía algunas plazas libres. Además, vivimos una experiencia única. Cuando ya nos íbamos, un miembro del personal nos enseñó una fotografía de mi esposa y yo en un periódico local. ¡Caramba! Qué atención prestan a sus clientes (o quizás tuvimos suerte y el tipo estaba leyendo el periódico justo entonces) ;) De cualquier modo, el recorte de prensa fue un souvenir excelente.

My wife and I spent one night here while visiting La Rioja and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is really modern and has modern furnishings. It was really easy to find since there were road signs directing you to the hotel from the city (we had made a wrong turn going into Logrono and thought we were hopelessly lost). It was also a very convenient location for exiting Logrono to visit Haro (skipping the local traffic). Like other reviews have mentioned, this hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the city center, the only down-side to this hotel. When I visited, the mini bar in the room was free. OK, nothing is really free, but there was no additional charge for the drinks in the mini fridge which makes it really convenient not having to worry about bringing in your own beverages (or getting over-charged for using the mini-fridge). There was wi-fi internet access in the rooms, but you had to pay for it. It was the second day of our vacation, so we were not feeling the online-withdrawl yet to pay for it. The room we stayed in was facing the street and in the afternoon it was quite noisey, but it wasn't a problem in the evening nor the morning. Remember to ask for a room not facing the street if this is an issue for you. Once again, the furnishing were very modern. Earlier reviews mentioned lack of parking. When I visited, there was plenty of free parking on the street, not to mention the free outdoor parking lot next to the hotel. There was also indoor parking, but that would cost extra. The staff was very proficient in English and I was able to call in before hand to confirm our reservation without any problems. The front desk was also helpful in making reservations to a winery in Haro (which required speaking fluent spanish). They tried several wineries which were fully booked until they got to Muga which had some available spots. We also had an unique experience here. As we were checking out, one of the staff showed us a photograph of my wife and I in a local newspaper. Wow! What attention to their clients (or maybe we just got luck and the guy was reading the paper just then) ;) Anyway, the newspaper clipping made an excellent souvenir.

Lovely hotel but was let down by unhelpful front desk staff who twice forgot to call a taxi for me and who also forgot my room service. Dust under the beds was also dissappointing considering its a five star! Like the AC chain of hotels but this once could have been better managed! It's four star sister hotel in Pamplona outshone it.
