Our stay was tremendous!! .... kudos to the entire management staff, the front desk / reservations staff and thehousekeeping staff ... Whatever we asked for, it was done promptly and courteously!! Our room(s) were nicer than expected (nicer than the online pictures), the outdoor pool was awesome (very clean pool and pool deck), outside lawn area(s) was well manicured and the entire property inside and out was very clean and well-maintained ... the complimentary breakfast was the best we have had to date (anywhere!!) .... the hotel is located within a short distance from the highway which makes it very convenient for arrival and departure .... hi-speed internet access was a must and we had no problems accessing our e-mail while logged on from our room(s) .... We tried to think of something negative during our stay, but, honestly, there was nothing to complain about ... on our next trip thru Danbury, there is only one place that we will be returning to and that is 89 Mill Plain Rd. in Danbury!! This was my second time at this hotel. It seems like it got even nicer. I am not sure if they updated the lobby or what it is but the hotel looks like it just opened. The desk people were great. Loved the breakfast!

Very nice Hotel. Checked in late, first room given was not the one we had registered for the room was nice but very small. Went to the front desk and was given another room with thankfully no problem. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Large towels given for the pool which was also very clean. The complimentary breakfast had the standard fare. Small Computer room located on first floor to check email. Located in convenient area. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is among the cleanest and friendliest that I have stayed at. The contintental breakfast included french toast, crepes, bacon, and the usual fare. Four types of juices were also available. The coffee pot is always on and there is a bottle of water in each room. Elevators are very quick and parking is very close.

I Stayed at the Comfort Suites in Danbury Ct on March 14th for 3 nights! It is one of the best Hotels that I have stayed in. From the moment I walked in the door the aroma of fresh baked cookies to the quaint living room area with fireplace! I knew I chose the right Hotel! The front desk staff was personable and quickly got me off to my room in minutes! When I opened the door I found the most comfortable and Inviting room with kitchenette and a jacuzzi! I could not wait to just take off me shoes and relax after a long work day and travel. After the most wonderful nights sleep I arose to a delightful shower and the convience of making my own coffee in my room. I headed down stairs to the most elaborate Complimentary Continental breakfast I have ever seen with eggs, bacon, belgium waffles cereal, pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, and assorted teas. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is travleing to the Danbury area. It is also very convenient to the local restaurants shopping and trains to NY city!
