Utilizo AC Aitana como hotel/ base para mis viajes de negocios a Madrid desde hace años. Su calidad/ precio/ situación me parece inmejorable. Por otra parte me encanta el estilo/filosofía de los hoteles AC. Siempre he estado satisfecho con mis estancias en el Aitana. Este año decidí también utilizarlo para un corto stop-by con familiares en plena Navidad. Hotel casi vacío. Mismo correcto servicio peeero... ¡no se puede ahorar energía en días de poca ocupación a costa del bienestar de los clientes hombre...!. Eso se hacía en los años 60, no ahora... La potencia del A/C estaba tan baja que a pesar de elevar el termostato al máximo apenas se conseguía una tibia corriente... los calienta-toallas del servicio amenazaban con calentarse... pero no cumplían... Noche bastante fría "arrebujaitos" en la cama. No es de recibo, Transmití mi queja en recepción. Cara de poker del encargado que revelaba política de empresa tras la medida. Por favor, no caigáis en esto...

Pratique pour aller à Santiango Bernabeu

Excellente situation si vous avez l'intention d’aller voir un match au Bernabeu. Près du métro pour visiter Madrid également. Hôtel joli et propre – il essaye peut-être d’être un peu trop à la mode ! Lits très confortables et excellents oreillers. Bonne salle de bain bien équipée. J’avais une chambre au sixième étage donnant sur la route bruyante de Paseo de la Castellana mais ce ne fut pas un problème. Petit déjeuner excellent. Ne vous emballez pas pour le « minibar gratuit » - il est très limité (quelques bières, bouteilles d’eau et boissons non alcoolisées) – mieux que rien quand même. Bonne sélection.

Excellent location if you're planning on watching the football at the Bernabeu. Close to the Metro for visiting other parts of Madrid too. Nice, clean hotel - maybe trying a little too hard to be trendy! Very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. Good, well-stocked bathroom. I had a 6th floor room overlooking the busy Paseo de la Castellana but road noise was not a problem at all. Excellent breakfast. Don't be seduced by the 'free minibar' - its very limited (couple of beers, water and soft drinks) - better than nothing though. Good choice.
