We stayed at the NH Stephanie for 3 nights and I was very pleased. We had booked a non-smoking room with a queen size bed, which was unfortunately not available the night we arrived so we stayed in a smoking room that wasn't too bad and moved the next morning. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with quality mattresses and the bathroom is very nice and modern with lots of amenities. When showering, we soaked the floor due to the way the shower door was mounted on the tub, but that is essentially the hotel cleaning staff's annoyance; it didn't bother us. The breakfast buffet was included in the price (just 64/night) and it was very, very good. The hotel allowed us a late check-out on our final day (3pm) which was very generous and allowed us a final shower - the weekend was hot - before we traveled at 8pm. It is very close to the Louise metro station and the street has lots of lovely cafes and shops on it and nearby. We loved the little deli next door. My husband and I were very pleased with all aspects of the stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

For rate of Eur 100 per night (2 persons) NH Hotel Stephanie offered us a great room, correct and friendly service and excellent breakfast buffet. Good location, shops and restaurants nearby. Pleasant walk to Grand Place takes about 20 min. Metro station Louiza is nearby. Hotel has a small private parking, but you can also park your car in the large Wiltchers Interparking at Avenue Louise at Eur 14,50 / 24 hours, which is only 5 min. walk from the hotel.

I stayed two nights in a superior room (309). The bathroom was very small for a superior room and the sink was cracked. Also, the towels had seen better days. Our room was located by the lift and we could hear the lift door opening and closing. The chambermaid left her cleaning cart by our room so we could hear her moving about outside as well. The room was hot and stuffy but opening the window was a no-no because of the street noise. I also noticed there was no air conditioning controls in the room. Needless to say, I would not like to be in this hotel in the summer. Breakfast was included in the room rate and a nice touch was the Spanish serrano ham on offer. The buffet spread was more than adequate. I like the range toiletries in NH hotels and the NH Stephanie didn't let me down in this respect. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is well located for the Avenue Louise/Toison d'Or area and also near the Metro. The Eurostar terminal is a short cab ride or three stops on the Metro. As mentioned in another review, the hotel asked for a credit card in case I charged anything to my room and I was charged one euro for this. I have stayed in other NH Hotels (Aviles and Almeria) and they are far superior to this one.

Very nice hotel and the room(superior), good quality of breakfast incl. in price(76 E /night) and very close to metro station. Dont use a taxi cause the traffic is horrible, metro and trains are cheap often and accurate. Nice pizza nearby at La fringale. Would stay there again.

Hotel fantastico y con un trato excelente sobre todo por parte de las señoritas de recepción Irene y Cristina. Está situado a 1 minuto del metro (estación louiza) y en una calle muy comercial. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpísima y el desayuno muy completo. En resumen hotel calidad-precio excelente.
