The staff were friendly and always there to help. Our kids loved the cable TV, with plenty of shows to keep them entertained.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options for families with children could be improved.

The landscaping is jaw-dropping; the smell of Jasmine at night is mind-blowing; excellent and reasonably priced seafood and Thai restaurant; very big and comfortable rooms; super cute and relaxing pool; best massage in Thailand; accommodating even during a big event; surprisingly positive experience; good-sized rooms with divine sleep quality; abundance of hot water; spotlessly clean; lovely swimming pool; pleasant receptionist; convenient location near shopping mall with multiple food options; simple but adequate breakfast; traditional and period-style hotel; large and clean rooms; excellent restaurant and close to a supermarket; refreshing swimming pools for cooling down and stretching.

I loved the beautiful building and pool at the hotel. It felt like a deserted paradise. Such a treat to have few guests and smelly rooms. Unforgettable.
Oh, and let's not forget about the soft and shaky beds, the receptionist who didn't speak English, the noisy street, and the poor European breakfast. Pure bliss!

The greenery surrounding the hotel is refreshing and gives it a tropical feel. I enjoyed the friendly staff and their prompt service. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the restaurant across the street served delicious food and attracted some locals.
The hotel lacked maintenance and updating, making it look old and dingy. The Wi-Fi was unreliable.

Perfect for the city break, not far from a train station. We would recommend it with confidence. One could dine at restaurants such as Swensens 15 minutes away. A right place for exploring Surat Thani.

The pool area at this hotel is a true delight - a tranquil oasis where you can escape the city's heat and unwind. The staff here are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a long day of exploring. the beautiful inner garden adds a touch of serenity to the overall ambiance.
While there were a few minor issues during my stay, overall everything was satisfactory and I had an enjoyable experience.

The landscaping and the pools are the best aspects of this hotel. The gardens around the pool are beautiful and the scent of the flowers in the evening is enchanting. The hotel was well located, near to a large store and a good seafood restaurant across the street. The hotel staff was polite and accommodating, and the air conditioning and spacious rooms were adjustable for both comfort and convenience.
The hotel needs renovation and modernizing. The rooms were old and dated with inadequate lighting, and some of the amenities were missing, such as a kettle and bedside lamps.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The pool area was amazing, I loved how it was like an oasis in the middle of the city. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had a seafood and Thai restaurant nearby which served excellent food, and the rooms were really spacious and clean.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness, and the abundance of hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location opposite a shopping mall provided convenient food options, and the lovely swimming pool added to the overall experience. The hotel's traditional and period design added a touch of charm. I would definitely return.
