Quiet location and tranquil Lunch at 10 2nd Avenue. The most perfect boutique hotel, great guest house and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was exceptional good, the breakfasts were fantastic and the service always impeccable.

Lovely location and the staff of 10 2nd avenue are very hospitable, respectable and are a delight to be around. The hotel is tranquil, clean and the venue is beautiful and I will make a plan to go there again. Service is truly exceptional, the rooms are large and comfortable, the chef Steve can create some wonderful dishes.

A unique luxury guest house atmosphere and such great value. An excellent and discreet service, beautiful rooms. Lovely snacks at the poolside bar, delicious food and good wine at reasonable price. The gardens magnificent.
